Home and away teams are required to print and bring to the field one game sheet. Instructions on how tor print a game sheet are shown below.

The League will only accept one official game sheet, accordingly the home team’s game sheet shall be considered as the official game sheet, given to and completed/signed by the Referee. Visitors’ game sheets can be used should the home teams not be available.

The game sheet will reflect the players on both teams eligible to play, call-ups added (please print legibly as the home team representative will have to add players when reporting the game) – all other players are to be struck off. Team representatives for the respective teams shall initial beside the name of each player(s) struck off from their team.

No later than 5 minutes prior to the start of the game team the home team shall provide the Referee the official game sheet and representatives for both teams provide shall PRINT their name on the game sheet. Once this is completed, no changes to the game sheet shall be permitted.

Upon completion of the game and after the Referee has completed and signed the official game sheet, team representatives for both teams shall sign their names on the game sheet. With the 3 signatures (referee and 2 team officials) this game sheet becomes the Official Record of the game.

Teams forfeit their ability to challenge the accuracy of a game sheet should they not have a team official print and sign the official game sheet.

NOTE: only those individuals listed on the game sheet as eligible players or team representatives are eligible to sit on the team bench.

The WINNING team shall take the Official Game sheet and enter the results. See Game Sheet Reporting for instructions.
